With the impacts of the current cost of living crisis being felt all over Europe, customer confidence is also seeing a sharp downturn. A key to customer retention during difficult economic times is trust, with customers preferring and potentially even willing to pay a little more for a brand they can trust. So, ask yourself 'do your customers really trust you?' and 'do you trust them?'.Establishing two-way trust relies on reputation and digital identity to enable Peer2Peer (P2P) transactions. Step forth blockchain - It can guarantee identity and improve trust, blockchain can store and manage both things.
Key takeaways from this session will include:
• Understand evolving customer expectations and how to leverage for your business
• Understand how you can increase transparency in core areas that drive customer decisions (e.g., supply chain, provenance, data handling) -
