Finance Foundation in The Hague, and a member of the Foundation's Panel of Recognized International Market Experts in Finance, an Honorary Fellow and Emeritus Governor at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he has also been Visiting Professor in the Law Department (2010-2013) and Member of Court (2012-2022), and a member at 3 Hare Court Chambers, where he also served as Joint Head of Chambers (2018-2022). He previously retired from international law firm Allen & Overy LLP, which he joined as a partner in 1994 after 15 years with the leading Wall Street practice of Cravath, Swaine & Moore. He was the founder partner of Allen & Overy's US law practice and senior partner in the firm's global derivatives practice and has broad experience of a wide range of capital markets matters. He has acted extensively for the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, was a principal author of ISDA's master agreements and has acted as an arbitrator and mediator and appeared as an expert witness in several high profile derivatives cases, including serving as an External Reviewer in two prior Determination Committee referrals of DC Questions. He is General Editor of the Capital Markets Law Journal (Oxford University Press), and his most recent book (co-edited with Carolyn Lamm) International Financial Disputes: Arbitration and Mediation is published by Oxford University Press. Jeff is also a former Chair of the Society of English and American Lawyers (SEAL) and of the American Bar Association's Section of International Law, an elected member of the American Law Institute and a Life Fellow (and former Co-Chair, International) of the American Bar Foundation. Having spent more than 11 years researching and developing on Blockchain, Neeraj Srivastava is a pioneer of enterprise blockchain technology and one of the earliest advocates for using blockchain to revolutionize the financial and supply chain industries. He is the Founder of DLT Labs, which is a global leader in developing blockchain solutions using distributed ledger technology. As an expert in financial cryptography at the Royal Bank of Canada, Neeraj led a team to be one of the first in the market to launch Apple Pay. During this time, in 2011, he came across the Bitcoin code base and intrigued, he delve deep into the blockchain code. He immediately recognized that blockchain could be applied far beyond cryptocurrency and its potential to revolutionize financial cryptography. Neeraj has spent the last decade bringing awareness of this to the world, starting with the financial and supply chain industries. His first large-scale success with implementing enterprise blockchain technology was with Walmart Canada where Neeraj led DLT Labs to solve Walmart's supply chain challenges. This resulted in Walmart Canada increasing its operational efficiency by reducing manual reconciliation of third-party carrier invoices from 70% to under 2%. This success demonstrated what Neeraj had been predicting all along - that blockchain is capable of helping businesses generate significant operational and financial gains. Neeraj understands the technology side as well as the business side of running a successful venture. Since his engineering days in college, he has been an advocate for real world applications of classroom learning and thus founded his college's first Software Incubator - an innovation hub so successful that it has become a model for other technology incubators. He has since added a Blockchain Lab to the hub and provides education and employment opportunities. He is passionate about mentoring students and young technologists in learning blockchain while also helping them develop an entrepreneurial mindset. Ralph Wallace - with over 50 years’ experience in the engineering and program management fields, he chose IPv6 as a priority needing to be accomplished. A US Navy retiree, he has always focused on his core engineering expertise as a leader in technical areas. In 2008, as an IPv6 subject matter expert supporting the US Government public sector, he created the first (in the world at that time) “IPv6 Security” course of instruction for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. Since that time as a member of private/public consortiums, he has been a key contributor to the U.S. Federal Government’s Technology Transition policy directives under the US Government Federal CIO Council (Federal IPv6 Task Force), and due to his successful federal government IPv6 transition 9 year experience as the Internal Revenue Service IPv6 transition manager, was invited in 2019 to participate in the drafting of the current US Government IPv6 Transition directive. His success in where 97,000 workstations and 40,000 servers were safely and securely deployed with full dual stack functionality across an enterprise spanning the United States. Since retiring from federal service in 2020, he has returned to his consulting roots with a variety of service providers supporting the US Government in their IPv6 Transitions. During this time, he was asked and accepted to become the IPv6 Forum chair of the US IPv6 Council, coordinating industry, government and academia throughout the United States on the adoption of IPv6. He recently transitioned to a leader of a team of entrepreneurs producing the next generation of enterprise infrastructure system enabling the adoption of IPv6 within enterprises throughout the world. Ralph is a respected speaker on technology insertion initiatives, moderating panels such as the 2014 US Government Health and Human Services IPv6 Summit and presenting at forums such as the Rocky Mountain IPV6 Summit, Digital Government Institute conference, Federal IPv6 Interagency Conferences, Federal IPv6 Task Force roundtables, IPv6 Forum international conferences, last year’s London Blockchain conference, and IEEE conferences over the past 3 years. He holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from George Mason University, is a graduate of the Federal CIO University, and holds IPv6 certifications from the IPv6 Forum.
